It depends on the set. Each set will indicate how many people it can accommodate.

For most sets, you may bring up to 4 guests, including yourself.

All files are available immediately when you bring an USB drive.

It may take up to 24 hours for files to be available online.

For edited episodes, we request 72 hours for episodes under 2 hours and more for longer episodes.

We offer additional editing services to ensure your podcast sounds polished and professional.

From fine-tuning audio quality to removing background noise and pacing inconsistencies, our basic editing services help your episodes stand out and keep listeners engaged.

90 minutes is the standard episode recording session.

We provide a full refund with at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will receive a 50% refund.

Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

Your files are backed up as follows:

• One Episode Package: 14 days

• Edited Episodes: 30 days

• Subscriptions: 6 months

• Need more time? Additional backup options are available by request.
