Booking Policy

Applies to all studio bookings made via Lite Sounds Studio.

By booking a session, you agree to the following policy, which governs scheduling, payments, cancellations, and use of the studio. This policy is legally binding upon confirmation of your booking.

Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm and reserve your session.

  • Accepted payment methods include Stripe only.

  • Session time includes both setup and breakdown. Plan accordingly.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session start time.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

  • Requests made less than 24 hours in advance my be denied.

  • Contact us to make adjustments or cancel your booking.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • 48+ hours notice will receive a full refund.

  • 24-48 hours notice will receive 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours notice will not receive a refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late Arrival & No-Show

  • If you are late, your session time will not be extended or refunded.

  • 15+ minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show.

  • No-shows forfeit the session fee and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Studio Use & Conduct

  • Studio is to be used solely for podcasting or approved content creation.

  • No smoking, alcohol, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior.

  • You must leave the studio in the condition it was provided.

Stolen or Damaged Property

  • You are financially responsible for any stolen or damaged studio property.

  • The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the card on file.

  • Theft will result in immediate reporting to local authorities, and surveillance footage may be used as evidence.

  • Booking the studio constitutes acceptance of this liability.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Lite Sounds Studio is not liable for any lost or stolen personal items.

  • You assume full responsibility for your equipment and belongings during your session.

  • We are not responsible for lost recordings, corrupted files, or other technical issues beyond reasonable control.

Force Majeure

  • Events such as power outages, natural disasters, or public emergencies may result in cancellation.

  • In such cases, clients will be eligible to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Acceptance

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this Booking Policy. This policy is binding upon payment confirmation.
